Ms. Sears is a strategic marketing professional with over 15 years of experience spanning multiple industries. She has directed marketing activities supporting businesses ranging from fast-growth start-ups to $100 million Fortune 100 clients. Her expertise is in driving profitable consumer engagement and behavior through integrated marketing platforms.
While a VP/Marketing at Digitas, a leading digital and direct global marketing agency, Ms. Sears led teams of marketing, creative and analytics professionals to develop marketing programs for Fortune 100 clients including GM, XM Radio, AT&T Wireless, Pfizer and Sam’s Club/Wal*Mart. She was one of initial team chosen to launch and develop a new partnership and promotions capability which grew to over $20 million revenue in the first four years.
As a Managing Director of Evolution & Strategy she continued bringing this level of ‘big-agency’ expertise to smaller, high-growth businesses. Here she partnered with CEOs to develop go-to-market plans and strategies to help them engage with and profit from customers. She has advised clients in clean tech, mobile, health/wellness, education, QSR and retail verticals.
Heather was hand-selected to be a Connector with the City of Boston’s new economic development organization, Boston World Partnerships and is a founding co-chair of their popular Strategy Sessions.
Heather has an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA, with high honors, from University of Michigan
